As part of the pre-qualification process for our coaching program, we want to gather some initial information to make sure that we are the right team of coaches for you.

There are three non-negotiable qualities that any client we take on must have, because these three qualities are imperative to achieving life-changing results. Our clients must be:

Coachable: They are able to take directions well and follow their program as prescribed. They do not resist or push-back, nor do they respond negatively to feedback or make excuses to fall back into old, comfortable habits. They have confidence in their coach and the process and do not try to dictate or take over the course of their program.

Committed: They are fully committed to the actions, choices, mindset, and behaviors that will be required to change them from their current state to their desired state. They refuse to stay where they are, and plan to stay resilient when things get tough.

Have a Positive & Willing Attitude: They are NOT the type of client who lets the number on the scale define their progress, has unrealistic expectations, and/or is unwilling to acknowledge that progress is not perfect. They don’t give up when things get hard, and they know that self-criticism only holds them back and does not progress them forward. They may have bad days, but they don’t let those bad days dictate what they are capable of in the days to come.

We only work with clients that are truly committed to the process and that are truly ready for change. Our clients realize that progressing through a weight-loss program will be uncomfortable at times, but that this discomfort is nothing compared to the discomfort that NOT reaching their goals creates.
